Try a heat gun to melt the locktight thats on the stud, if that don't work basically destroy the dummy light lens to drill a hole to access the head

Try a heat gun to melt the locktight thats on the stud, if that don't work basically destroy the dummy light lens to drill a hole to access the head of the studs to clamp needle nose vise-grips to keep the stud from spinning while trying to remove the 10mm nut. I used a wood spade bit. Be CAREFUL you don't go deep. you only want to remove enough plastic around the head of the stud to access it, and make it big enough to reach the head of the stud with needle nose vise grips or pliers. May the force be with you!! Lol
