Humm ture. You might break the fang cover. But sanding down the center lip will be hard too. You might need to cut the fang while it is on the car.

yah, as for adhesion promoter you can get it at most autoparts stores.
i know for sure primer with flex agent is available at places like paintscratchinc.com and paintworldinc.com but not sure if its available locally. you might be able to get away with regular primer since the bits are pretty small... if you know you'll be scuffing it up from ramps and entrances you might want to consider the flex agent. |

right, so im not going to be cutting the CF fang and planning to trim the center CF piece of the lip at my work bench.
![]() as long as i am within 2mm i can file off the rest by hand, clearcoat the bare CF edge, and use some black mounting tape to close up any gap between the lip's center CF part and the CF fang... at least that's wat im thinking. ![]() |
