Tried doing the keyfob as a test and I think it is harder than most others First time wasn't bad, need to redo it as made the back a little

Tried doing the keyfob as a test and I think it is harder than most others
 First time wasn't bad, need to redo it as made the back a little short on one half and the key piece was a little small. Any suggestions on how to handle where it bunches up on the back after curving around both sides? I may try getting it to bunch up where the notches are and cutting it there.
