What you can do to make a templates. Put the duct face down on a piece of heavy paper. Trace the outline on the paper. That will give you the outside edge. For the inside. You have to figure out how much of a flange there is on the duct. Think mine was just over a 1/2". Mark that amount of distance inside the tracing. Then cut out the tracing. Cut the inside first then the outside. Once cut out, lay the template on the back side of the duct to see how well it fits. You will have to trim the template to fit. You might have to make a couple of templates until you get it right. Once you think you have it right. Place on the bumper where you want it. The closer to the grill opening the better. Use a sharpie and mark your inside pattern and cut out. You will have to do some trimming to get the duct to fit. I used hexed head bolts to hold my ducts in place. Behind the bumper on the driver's side. There is plenty of room for the hose. On the passenger side, the washer reservoir is in the way. You have to work the hose around it. 2" diameter hose isn't much of a problem. Anything bigger becomes a major PITA. I switched from the Stillen 2" hose to a 3" hose. Wasn't easy. The bigger hoses have to be flatten for tire clearance by the sway bar.
