EVO-R Nismo Brake ducts

Hey guys, I just purchased a set of Carbon brake ducts from EVO-r. They got delivered within a week which was great, but upon receiving them I realized they didnt send the templates for installation. (hardware was included) I tried concating EVO-r 3 times now and no answer. Does anyone here have templates or know how to get them elsewhere? I've done my googles but no luck.
Any info is appreciated.
thanks

Make your own. I am sure you can find many pictures and calculate exact measurements and placement from them.

If you do not have those skills, let me know and I will help you figure it out.

You have to make your own. I have the Nismo RC ducts.

What size cooling hose you using?

What you can do to make a templates. Put the duct face down on a piece of heavy paper. Trace the outline on the paper. That will give you the outside edge. For the inside. You have to figure out how much of a flange there is on the duct. Think mine was just over a 1/2". Mark that amount of distance inside the tracing. Then cut out the tracing. Cut the inside first then the outside. Once cut out, lay the template on the back side of the duct to see how well it fits. You will have to trim the template to fit. You might have to make a couple of templates until you get it right. Once you think you have it right. Place on the bumper where you want it. The closer to the grill opening the better. Use a sharpie and mark your inside pattern and cut out. You will have to do some trimming to get the duct to fit. I used hexed head bolts to hold my ducts in place. Behind the bumper on the driver's side. There is plenty of room for the hose. On the passenger side, the washer reservoir is in the way. You have to work the hose around it. 2" diameter hose isn't much of a problem. Anything bigger becomes a major PITA. I switched from the Stillen 2" hose to a 3" hose. Wasn't easy. The bigger hoses have to be flatten for tire clearance by the sway bar.

Thanks for the help guys. I am not exactly skilled on this and im more concern about making a mess of the bumper. It’s messed up that when you purchase them, it tells you it includes them but it’s false.

Did you purchase them directly from evor?

Here are my Evo R brake ducts. I made my own templates. It's really easy to trace the outline of the ducts and then I took it to a bodyshop to have them painted and installed

If you ordered them directly from Evo-R, it's already very unusual that one gets the shipment in a reasonable time.

- "You know Santa" = Receive product, early, and as described

They sell the same EVOR items, but stand behind them.

Ask them if they can mail you a copy of the instructions.

And buy your EVOR items from them from now on.
