Front End Chin Spolier: Why am I seeing two Different Ones?

I thought the front chin spoiler was installed state side? Port or dealership, not sure which, hence why many came in peoples hatch area.

Mine was in my hatch area as well (base+sports pack here). Though, it's been staying in the attic since day 1. I didn't install it thanks to North East Roads
