Yes (it's a stretch)....Look at the footnote reference beside that entry (page 19) and read the fine print it refers to (on page 18)... It's a generic 2009 Service and Maintenance Guide (Used for all models) and clearly excludes the 370 from the cabin filter replacement schedule (unless OPTIONALLY installed)
