Window going up and down

My passenger side window goes down, but doesn't go back up when you close the door. Thus, getting in and out, it keeps going down, down, down, etc. Does the

My passenger side window goes down, but doesn't go back up when you close the door. Thus, getting in and out, it keeps going down, down, down, etc.

Does the "Reset" procedure work on this? I assumed mine was janked up because I had to buy a new drivers'-side window switch (for both windows) when the original got shorted out during a stereo or alarm install. I think the one I got came out of a Rogue or some other SUV or something. The only problem was the pass window auto up/down with door open/close doesn't work right.

I'm gonna test it... it's not a huge problem, just a very minor annoyance. I'm interested to see if this reset will fix it.

What you are describing is exactly what mine does after the power connectors in the door have been disconnected and reconnected. Reset procedure fixes it.
