When I open the door, the window rolls down, when I shut the door, it no longer rolls up. I can't even roll it up with the switch.

It will go down no problem. Any ideas?

partial window reset? Hold the switch in the window-down position for about 10 seconds after it has gone down already and see if it comes back?

Otherwise inspect and clean the connector for the switch. Something may have happened when you pulled the panel.

Just as an update. Did absolutely nothing with the car, and it started working.
