Powder coat or not to powdercoat?

Perhaps the best way to get the lip a different color would be to do so after the powder coating has been done, just a pinstripe around the lip?

2 colors is very doable, as you can see with my Nismo wheels. Its a pain and a lot of extra work, but it is doable all in powder

Any tips on you can give that I can pass onto the shop? He said even with some special tape..at some point during the baking process, the colors will still make their way into one another

Yeah. Actually that's another alternative that the owner told me about. But right after finding out that doing 2 colors is possible.. then I might just find myself another shop that is willing to
