Everyone’s customer service experience with vendors can always be different. I had a good experience dealing with both TWM Performance and Coolerworx. For street duty and track duty I would say the Coolerworx shifter was a huge improvement and provided positive crisp shifts using the Coolerworx shifter although it can be hard to find and expensive but worth it. As far as the synchros it can be a variety of different reasons why synchros can possibly go bad. I have found inexperienced driver error and not servicing your manual transmission on time flushing and refilling the transmission fluid on time to be common reasons for catastrophic synchro failure.
