Hey Serg didn't you take the car in the first time while still under warranty? If it's out of warranty now maybe you can make a case that the issue

Hey Serg didn't you take the car in the first time while still under warranty? If it's out of warranty now maybe you can make a case that the issue was raised and left unfixed during the warranty period so it should be covered? I don't really know how that works but I feel like it's a solid platform to raise a stink over.
