only thing i would be worried about is the big gap allowing water to get into the engine bay... kinda a newbie at this and my z is my dd ... like the gen 3 intakes do those protect aginst water intake?

water isn't going to be to much of an issues since they sit at the highest level possible

Does this front have holes that guide air to the G3 intakes, that would be really and allow for better air to them? BTW this is a great front end.
