As far as I know, they are cosmetic only. but they compliment the look if they are paired with a bodykit. I think it is possible to make them functional

As far as I know, they are cosmetic only. but they compliment the look if they are paired with a bodykit.
I think it is possible to make them functional but it needs some testing especially in track as it is where benefits the most from cooling.
