I have the recaro's, and about once a week I have to reset the seatback. Between moving the seat getting in and out, and leaning on it to lever myself

I have the recaro's, and about once a week I have to reset the seatback. Between moving the seat getting in and out, and leaning on it to lever myself out ( I'm old and about 40 pounds overweight, lol), it wiggles out of position.
