Default Tips for flattening out trunk mat

When I got the car a few weeks ago, my trunk mat was not flat, with a few bumps and whatnot in it. I took it that night and laid all my books in the house on it, in the living room. It still didn't perfectly flatten it out.

Any other way to flatten it?
