What are the best interior mods for the Z?

I'm wondering what you folks think are the best interior modifications you can do to "refine" the overall look. Apologies in advance if there is already a thread about this

These didn't exactly refine my car but my CF steering wheel, bride seats, and shift knob really made a big difference in the look/feel.

I couldn't agree more. I love the way aftermarket steering wheels and seats improve the overall look.
