Can anyone tell me who made this front bumper? I know carbon signal made the wide body portions, but I'm not sure if they made the front bumper since their

Who made this front bumper?
Can anyone tell me who made this front bumper?
  I know carbon signal made the wide body portions, but I'm not sure if they made the front bumper since their website is down for remodeling. I thought it was the stillen front bumper at first, but this doesn't dip as low as the stillen one. Also the side intake vents are different and there is a modfication for the Rocketbunny LED Style lights. If I can find the vendor, I'm going to buy this right away lol |
