Black Box Under The Steering Wheel

Theres this little black box under my steering wheel with what seems to be like a button on the back of it, any idea of what this is? I bought the car used so I don't know what it is or does.

I can't see the pic (probably because of cookies) but DE.50 is probably right about it being an add-on.

The FSM (link in my sig) has drawings of all the different parts that make up a Z.

I'm guessing that is a device the dealer installed to send all driving data back to their headquarters for analysis and storage in case the owner ever files a warranty claim

Thanks for all the responses guys! I've followed the wires and it goes to my fuse box. I'm starting to think it's a dealer add on, suck though that it's not an ejector seat.
