Why is it that the only good lip for this bumper is made by a company that is so hard to deal with? I contacted them on Facebook to get an update on the group buy and the response I got was... soon

I been trying to buy the lip or v1 diffuser for pre 14’ nismo. Could I join this group buy or is this only for 15’ plus. I think maybe carbon signal can ship my order with you guys?
