I started email tracking on December 15th, and after requesting an invoice the emails went dead. The person I was talking to is Aamir Ali, and it has been a week since I last got a reply from him. No emails no invoice. Great product but terrible customer service. I can only imagine how hard it would be to get help if you ever have any issues with the kit.
