Nice A/T shift knob

Anyone have a good mod/change for 370z A/T shift knob change. Want to change it but everything out there (CF) is stupid expensive from overseas as well. I just can't believe no one or company thought about making designs localy and reasonably priced..anyone???

There is a nice DIY on adding a manual shift boot and changing the knob HERE.

I went with an Infinity M45 knob and trim ring and a leather boot from Ebay that is mentioned in the thread. The whole project cost about $100.

The Infinity M45 knob is a direct replacement. Like THIS There is a clip that holds the knob to the shaft. Simple replacement job and was a perfect match.

THIS is the leather boot I bought. It will be a tight fit, but will work. I bought a spare trim ring and trimmed it to allow more room for the leather boot. Otherwise, the trim ring kept popping out of the console.

THIS is the finisher for a cleaner install of the Infinity knob. It is the chrome ring under the knob that wraps around the leather boot.

There are other Infinity knobs that will work.

I think the GTR knob will fit too.

is a black edition GTR knob I got it from a member here. You may able to find them in the gtr forum too. The boot is one from the MT bezel.
