I think so. Supposedly there's an unopened motor car(cammed, but stock internals/displacement/compression) that made 388whp/305wtq. I'm seeing some pretty sketchy stuff come out of the shop in the way of engine builds, so it makes me question the legitimacy of everything else as well, buuuuut...long story short, I believe you'll crack 400 NA w/ the extra RPM and compression.
