Anyone tell me how bad this head/valve is?

clean the carbon check for cracks and warpage, looks like in needs spark plug hole repair, check to see if the valves are bent or rusted, if the valves are

Its very hard to get the intake valves serviced (nissan doesnt sell parts) so if the intakes are bad shes gonna cost a lot. clean it up first and check to see if the head is warped.
