Same thing happened to me years ago with my shitbox ford tauras(except I wasn't doing a 15- 90 pull, maybe a 15-30 pull over the same distance )- serpentine belt

Same thing happened to me years ago with my shitbox ford tauras(except I wasn't doing a 15- 90 pull, maybe a 15-30 pull over the same distance
 )- serpentine belt came off because a metal guide that held it in place broke off- lost power steering and all that jazz, it was a bit scary actually.
