Eventually it's going to take a toll on the drivetrain if you keep doing it, but I doubt you caused any real damage. Only thing I can think of is damage to the cats from the unburt fuel and/or damage to the engine mounts from the sudden jolts (very unlikely unless you stall 30 times a day). You shouldn't be stalling at all after this point. Are you new to driving a manual? Stalling every once in a while isn't a big deal, but I'd practice on an old car if you're still constantly doing it.
