Now at TSM, having had the opportunity to be involved with several different platforms and work with people who have been in this industry as long as I've been alive, I've picked up a few new tricks which worked well on the VQ37.

So they're selling your IP. Did they make you sign something that says stuff you come up with while employed there is theirs? If not, you could corner the market by hitting them with a cease and desist.
