1st Gear high pitched whine, and super high pitched whine downshifting into first

I feel sorry for your syncros, they aren't going to last long if you keep doing that.

The high pitched whine is a feature not a defect.

Your not supposed to downshift to 1st gear when you are at 30mph. If I were the car I'd scream at you instead of whine.
