Those are sensor 1 codes, which is the O2 sensor in the header; the 2nd O2 is after the cat. Both banks mean both the L and R sensors aren't working right. Did you just change one or both? If you just had headers installed, I'm guessing both are damaged or the wires weren't extended properly, so they aren't getting enough voltage.
