So are you saying that vibration in the clutch pedal is normal? It gets stronger as the RPMs get higher.
Some people seem to notice more vibration then others which I can only attribute to some clutch setups having more harmonics/vibration at the pressure plate then others. When I install them locally doing before/after test drives it's typically not very noticeable but some increase is normal as the oem pedal was numbing down the whole clutch system feel with a stiff spring damper. These cars do have a lot of vibration thru the drivetrain in general and aren't exactly what I'd call smooth at higher rpm's so the vibration you're feeling isn't caused at all by the pedal or bad setup... You're just now feeling for the first time how much vibration is normally present in the clutch/transmission on these cars.

OK, I just got my car back with the new pedal assembly and it truly made a night and day difference. Launches are easy and smooth. First to second gear shifts are as smooth as butter. It really made the car so much more enjoyable to drive. Thank you Ryan for seeing a problem that needed attention and making a quality product that fills this need.

The pedal definitely produces a very noticeable amount of NVH. This is my only gripe on the product. I had thought the gearshift was bad at high rpms but this is more so at any point in the rev range.

Just went back out to test drive again and all i can say is wow! As everyone else has mentioned, it's the same as all other clutches and I'm very satisfied!
Definitely a great product and I'm glad I finally installed it.

Dear Ryan @ RJM, just wanted to raise my high interest in a RHD version of your famed Rev3.3 AFP Clutch Pedal System.
You may remember, I am the guy who helped you with photos to develop a RHD version of your HD CMC Rev2, back then.

My current combo of RJM HD CMC Rev2, ZSpeed HD CSC, and CompetitionClutch Stage 2 Street 2100 gives me a terribly stiff and heavy pedal feel with very early and narrow engagement, often jerky/sticky predal travel. And stop-and-go is a PITA.
I hope your pedal assy can easy my problem.

Best wishes
René

Has anyone had an issue when installing this pedal where the clutch does not engage?

I just finished install of v3.3 and followed all the instructions (except the clevis end upgrade, i left the stock one on) and when i put the car into first gear and release the clutch it seemed to be engaging fine.

I went out for a quick test drive, however it may not have been fully engaging, as it was slipping soon after, about 0.5 miles into my drive the clutch is not engaging at all, i put car in 1st gear and fully release clutch and car won't roll.

I adjusted the upper brown switch to such a way that it would be pressed just slightly as the pedal was fully released.

is there any adjustment for clutch engagement i should be looking at?

You may have to adjust your master cylinder rod lenght. Basically the position at which your clevis end is held in place with the nut

Hi Ryan RJM Just a follow up on the initial request from V1H , has there been any further development on a RHD version?

When we spoke about a year ago you were finishing up on a prototype for testing. Please let us know as we are very keen to get this product.

Thanks
