Default Clutch pedal gone bad

Im driving 40th anniversary 370z and it has stick shift.

Yesterday, when I was leaving my house around 9am the clutch pedal felt weird like I was able to feel the two different stages of clutch pedal movement whenever I press the clutch pedal but I though its because of the dressing shoes im wearing so I didnt took this feeling that serious, but on my way back home clutch pedal wont come off completely time to time eventhough I move my feet off the pedal. I grinded my 5th and 3rd gear because of that, couldn't downshift which felt like Im not pressing the clutch at all while the clutch pedal is all the way on the floor. I managed to drove it back to home, safely to my garage. Ofcause, I had to use my toe to take the stucked clutch out. And this morning the clutch pedal is in worst condition then ever, I tried to drive it out of garage but the gear wont move to R. This time, the clutch pedal wont come off everytime I press it. So I just turned the engine off.

What should I do with this?

Will the warranty cover this kinds of problems?

The 3rd and 5th gear grinded pretty bad because of this. and I dont feel like driving this tranny cuz I dont want any kinds of problem occur because of this grind. will they change the tranny becuase its basically mechanical problem?

If there is anything I have to know, please let me know.

Thanx.

Check clutch fluid. If it looks ok one of your pistons sounds shot. Check tsb in this forum.

Will the warranty cover this kinds of problem?

I don't see why not.

Warranty should cover. It's most likely a bad CSC.

Zspeed re-engineered a better one. They developed one for the 350 and now have one for the 370.

ZSpeed Performance Upgraded Heavy Duty CSC and DXD Clutch kits! 350HR 370VHR

AM Performance Racing also developed a different one.

most likely clutch pump failure. will be a warranty issue. Nissan ought to replace one at no cost. at the same time change the clutch else its a b*itch to remove...
