Default Miles on tank of fuel

So I dediced to start a thread on most mileage on a tank of fuel and maybe most gallons on a fill? Today I am going to attempt to get 500 on my tank. Top off the car on mondays before going to work and have been trying to get 500 out of my tank. My first light clicked off at 93 miles and I am averaging 25.4 mpg. I have 100 mile to drive today and have some hills to go through with 3/8 of a tank. Its goin to be interesting....

Best I've ever gotten was 444.7 through the NC mountains. That's running about 75 the whole way. 18 gallons.

Freeway trip last week at steady 110kph on cruise control gave me a total of 821klms for 63.7 litres. Pretty good efficiency, but track days is usually ~38 litres for ~100 klms.

That's what the owner's manual states.

Maybe a KC-135 helped him out.
