Mt85 or mt90 redline fluid

Like the title says which one do you recommend? I have a coolerworx short shifter if that makes a difference and also how many quarts

I just did 3.5 quarts of MT-85 in my tranny.

MT-85= 75W85

MT-90= 75W90

Both GL-4

I used MT85. Trans still ground. Was what it was.
