I've never seen a car that has one...why?

I can't imagine they would opt to have the PS cooled, but leave the oil out of it...if it really DOES matter.

Most cars have them in one form or another...Either a dedicated cooler, or an extended routing of the Pipes/hoses from the pump to the rack. Pumping that fluid at high pressures makes heat..
