I hope this doesn't sound stupid, but are there any other (perhaps less effective) methods of cooling the oil that don't involve rerouting the oil?
Would adding air ducts from the front bumper to the oil pan create a cooling effect? Or what about an electric cooler positioned down there? These would of course not be enough for track users, but may lower oil temps to normal levels for street driving. It would also be much harder for Nissan to say your warranty is shot. |
