Sticky: (Official) 370Z Clutch Pressure (CSC) Failures

I'm seeing if i can get anything out of a claim first so im not screwed too bad. Hopefully get it back to driving so i can bring it somewhere else and give them the external CSC. Im terrified they're going to sabotage it just to get me at this point so id like to get it fixed by them first.

I'm saying if they replaced your "clutch spring" to try and fix the issue they obviously have no clue, Last person I would trust to change my clutch/flywheel.

They haven't yet. Just told me they'd need to change my clutch and flywheel because of a faulty spring. Whatever the hell that means. But I'd only let them do it for free(if the claim goes in my favor) and then take it to a shop right after to get the CMAK and new CMC put on and have the clutch looked at while its there. I don't want them to touch my car other than get it back to where it was when they test drove it and "everything was perfect".
