Notchy 3rd and 5th Gears Manual Transmission

I don't have any grinding noises but going into 2nd and 3rd is a bit notchy. Going into 2nd it feels like the clutch is not disengaging all the way

Going into 2nd it feels like the clutch is not disengaging all the way or something. I will double clutch and then its smooth. 3rd is just notchy period. Does this mean its early signs of a tranny problem?
