Stock LSD.... thumbs down

I wonder why Nissan didn't put a gear-based LSD in from the factory - seems like a much better option for longevity as well. Maybe it was an NVH issue

I wonder why Nissan didn't put a gear-based LSD in from the factory - seems like a much better option for longevity as well. Maybe it was an NVH issue that lead them to go with the VLSD... but I don't know why they'd be concerned with NVH on a sport coupe.
