I wonder if torque management has anything to do with the issues we're having. I read that TM cuts power on cars and trucks to protect certain aspects like preventing oversteer on earlier gears, transmission, etc. With our car, TM kicks in when our oil temps get too high. However, it appears TM may have something to do with power cutting under 3k RPM.

I wonder if any of the tuners can chime in about TM and whether it can be defeated.

Are you serious? There is such a thing called Torque Management?? My God, how many damn electronic aids do we need. Pretty soon we're going to have cars that drive themselves and know where you're going before you do.

Has anyone still been experiencing the problem? Weather has still been warm, and was having it until last Tuesday. I changed the oil, and haven't felt it since! I have 800+ miles on this oil (went on a trip), used the SAME oil (red line 5W30) and SAME filter (K&N, forget model). BUT I haven't had it... very interesting. That kind of sucks because I have an appointment with Nissan again on Friday with some tech specialist guy.
