What kind of tires do you have?
What is the temperature? What is the tire pressure? Auto or manual? Is it wet or dry outside? Are the tires warm? All factors that play into "chirping" tires on shifts. If it were on the stock tires and it were 30ºF outside, I can chirp 4th. I can always chirp 2nd. If the cards are right, I can chirp 3rd. The biggest influence on how well you can chirp tires are factors other than the power going to the tires. Always gotta think about how much traction you have between the tires and the road.
