Just have your Dealership call the Nissan tech line so they get enough complaints and Nissan will look into the issue. Make sure you have a tech ride in the car with you and duplicate the problem. That will also help. See if the dealership can swap the ECU with one in stock and see if that fixes the noise.
LOL wouldn't that be something.

I'm surprised that dealers don't lurk on the forums and try to get people to come into there dealership to replace things like this. Obviously people are having problems with ECU's, Hatches, etc. Don't they get reimbursed from Nissan for the warranty work they do? Everytime I've ever taken a car into a dealer with an issue, they all play dumb to the problem, but if they were just a little more in tune with their car community, it sure would be great customer relations, and it would get people to their dealership.

Actually, when I visited my dealership at first time, I told to the service maneger " I read it on the internet" At that time, he thought I'm crazy guy. He didn't belive that noise is coming from ECU. BUT few weeks later, he decided swap the ECU for me. He did that because there were 9 tech had ride in the car with me and they couldn't hear anything. So it was unable to duplicate the problem. Also, I went there like more then 20 times and had call him twice a week. Every people in that dealer thought I was lying. However, I was right!!! I mean we were right!! I'm really thanks to every forum members!!
