Oil pressure start up

Hey guys, I was wondering if this is normal. I have removed the stock oem oil cooler and installed the Z1 25 row Mocal thermostatic sandwich plate as per instruction.

I have removed the stock oem oil cooler and installed the Z1 25 row Mocal thermostatic sandwich plate as per instruction. I am monitering the Aem oil pressure gauge And Upon cold start up it takes 15 s to build up pressure. 0psi 3psi, 5,6,8 12 to 30psi idle using 5w-30 full synthetic. When I had Mocal thermostatic installed with the OEM oil cooler it would give me pressure right away https://linksharing.samsungcloud.com/eb9ybRllnffX
