Question 6MT 5th and 6th Synchro

Hello

I pulled the trigger on new synchro for my trans, I bought them as was listed in this thread, and they are the same listed in Conceptz and z1 websites
Built Manual Transmission
parts numbers as follow

Reverse gear synchro: 32631-CD000
1st gear synchro: 32620-CD401
2nd gear synchro: 32620-CD008
3rd gear synchro: 32620-CD405
4th gear synchro: 32620-CD01B instead of CD016
5th-6th gear synchro: 32604-5X00A

Last week my mechanic has the time to work on it, and we opened the trans, but we had an issue, all of the parts fit without an issue except 5th and 6th, where they were different than the ones came originally in my trans, here is photos to show them

Up old, down new

left new, right old

So, I would like to check if anybody knows what is the correct part no. to order it, I tried to search a lot and found different part which is listed for 370z 5th 6th synchro which is 32604CD105 but the photos I saw look the same as the one I had.

The old synchros are not available anymore. There is another part that you have to replace (I forgot what it was..) to fit with the new synchros.

My shop filed the new 5th and 6th gear synchros down to the old stalen, and box is great. Drove 1500km now with the new box.

Yeah the inner diameter is smaller on the newer one, my mechanic suggested that we shave it a little to fit, maybe this is the route to go for, thanks Martijn.

Hope it works out for you just like it did for me. Just the first 20-30 shifts from 6 to 5 were a bit clunky for me, but after it's settled in mine feels good now
