Throttle lag / limp mode

i normally restart the car, then turn off, restart until i get max power from accelerator, then good to go.. usual takes about 2 or 3 starts then power is

i normally restart the car, then turn off, restart until i get max power from accelerator, then good to go.. usual takes about 2 or 3 starts then power is back. happened to me about 6 times so far, im in a 2014 NISMO
