I've been using the following tender for almost 10 years now. My Z sits for the entire winter in the garage hooked to it. My OEM battery lasted almost 9 years, which I attribute to this tender and my seasonal driving habits. I've never disconnected the battery when charging with this. It comes with a lead you can attach to the battery that allows you to quickly disconnect it and go. I highly recommend it, especially if it isn't going to be your daily driver.

I have two of these and agree they work great! I keep the ring terminal on my Z because we don't drive it often. Bought the 2nd one due to COVID and not driving my wife's car lately. Very convenient!
