Does anyone know a company that might stock this style y adapter? What I'm actually looking for is the single side being male 1/8th npt and on the y side

Does anyone know a company that might stock this style y adapter? What I'm actually looking for is the single side being male 1/8th npt and on the y side it needs to be both female 1/8th npt.

I thought I could use this Edelbrock adapter and just take the male fittings out of the y side but Edelbrock has discontinued them and doesn't have any in stock.
