Transmission grinding noise after CMAK install

Update:

Talked to mechanic, car is going in Thursday. Sounds like yes, the pilot bearing and the throw out bearing were both replaced as they came with the kit. So it's a mystery as of right now. I'll keep the thread updated for anyone who is interested.

Symptoms as of now:

1)Grinding noise as clutch is engaged or as it's being released (only when car is cold)

2)This morning (cold) there was a loud metal on metal "sloshing" noise coming from the transmission that went away after driving for 2 minutes.
