I am suprised you can hear any under hood mechanical engine noise at speeds above 20 mph. Now an exhaust leak, yes you could likely hear that at highway speed,

I am suprised you can hear any under hood mechanical engine noise at speeds above 20 mph.
Now an exhaust leak, yes you could likely hear that at highway speed, an exhaust leak will change with throttle position. One thing you might try thats easy is to remove the drive belt and start the engine. If noise is gone then you know its one of the accessories or tensioner pulley.
