5th gear "crunching" with shift

I think for our trannies, it "normally happens" and there is a history of this, but is definitely not normal/good. My 6th gear grinds/crunches if I shift quick. I've found

My 6th gear grinds/crunches if I shift quick. I've found that ever since I switched to Redline Oil, step on the clutch fast&quick, and shift to 6th slowly when it feels like it doesn't want to go in gear.... that it doesn't crunch anymore.
