You need to take that plastic shroud off and look under the car and see where it's coming from. It could be the drain plug, the filter, anything down there.

You need to take that plastic shroud off and look under the car and see where it's coming from. It could be the drain plug, the filter, anything down there. Even though you did it per specs, something could have not seated properly.
